James began his tattoo career in Kentucky. He relocated back to his home town of Kingsport. With his wife, Ink’d Outlaws went from a dream to a reality. James specializes in black and grey.

Cody Estepp joined us June 2023. He has been tattooing in the tri-cities area for a decade. His traditional style tattooing shows off his artistry experience.

Wes Pidgeon joined us in October 2023. He enjoys creating new designs for his clients. Although he specializes in black and grey, his talent rolls over into other styles.
Haley
Haley Brown has been apprenticing with us the longest and come to us looking to learn new skills and put them toward tattooing.
